Return Window
You must have 30 days after you receive your item to demand a refund. All subsequent requests to refund or exchange shall be ineligible since such requests must be received within 30 days of purchase.
Eligibility Criteria
Your item must qualify to have a return, and it must meet the following criteria:
- The product should be worn or used in the same state that you received it (unworn, unused, and unwashed).
- The item should be in its original packaging with all the tags attached.
- You are required to show the receipt or the purchase evidence.
Return Process (How to Return)
In order to have a return, the below steps are required:
- Send your order number and reason for a return to our support team at support@inspiraart.com.
- Upon review and approval of your request, we will hand over to you the return shipping address.
- Note: Refunds will not be accepted before then without an approval.
Costs and Return Shipping Labels.
- None of the Pre-paid Labels: InspiraArt does not offer pre-paid labels for return shipping.
- Customer Responsibility: It is the customer who has to come to terms with arranging and paying for their own shipping costs in returning the item.
Restocking Fees
No restocking fee is charged on the returns.
Refunds
- After we have received and inspected your returned product, we will e-mail you to confirm your refund has been approved or rejected.
- Should the approval be made: A refund will be made, and a credit will be automatically withdrawn against your initial mode of payment.
- Timeline: The refund will take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on the processing time taken by your bank.
Damaged or Wrong Items
The delivery of your order should be inspected. When the product is faulty or broken, or you got the wrong product, contact us immediately at support@inspiraart.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
